Tomato and Lentil Soup

Directions
1Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and saute. Add curry powder.
2Add carrots, celery, lentils, passata, water, and cube. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30-60 minutes.
3Puree soup in batches in a food processor.
