Turkey Sloppy Joes

  • Yields: 6 servings

Directions

1Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in pan. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, and saute for 3 minutes before transferring out of pan.

2Add 1 pound of ground turkey breast to skillet and cook until no longer pink.

3Stir in tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, tomato paste, and hot sauce.

4Add back the vegetables and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

5Serve on whole-wheat English muffins.
